How does the return & exchange process work?
You have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, provided the items are unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. For deliveries within the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Simply send us an email to support@rimezzo.com with your order number, full name, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief description of the reason (optional). We will send you the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
